I am a psychiatrist and psychotherapist with an integrative, person-centered approach.
I believe that understanding each person's suffering is more important than a diagnosis. This means listening to their story, their values, and how they experience their feelings.
This is also why I integrate psychotherapy into my clinical practice—to create a space where we can deeply explore, at each person's own pace, what needs to be cared for.
I have dedicated a significant part of my clinical and educational journey to eating disorders, an area I continue to deepen with particular focus. While I have had a particular focus on this area, my commitment extends equally to other mental health concerns.
I see my role as listening with care, building a safe relationship, and sharing knowledge in an accessible way. I support each person through their process, respecting their autonomy and what feels right for them. I believe that it is in this relationship of trust and collaboration that change becomes possible.
